Traveling Without Men Traveling Without MenNowadays, women have an excellent opportunity to enjoy their time traveling without men. Some thirty years ago, however, and it would have been different. Indeed, it would have seemed strange seeing a women traveling without her family, but the world is now experiencing a cultural shift.

With that in mind, on April 24, the Fine Living Network will start a new project called “All-Girl Getaways,” hosted by Stephanie Oswald, editor-in-chief of travelgirl magazine. The getaway will be offering women travelers services like knitting, adventure and spa trips. MSNBC quotes Stephanie Oswald, who claims that the project is in demand.

“The industry has rolled out the red carpet,” said Oswald. “Everyone is coming up with girlfriend getaway programs. I think that’s a great sign that this is a phenomenon and not a trend. It’s here to stay.”

Eckert, a middle aged women, who has been in business for 27 years finally enjoys her time telling about her adventure trip.

“We scuba dive, we snorkel,” said . “We do a horseback trip in Yellowstone. We’re bringing back our cattle ranch trip.”

Men go camping, fishing or golfing with the guys, and students also travel lot with their schools, so why shouldn’t women have fun as well?
