Dine In A Gourmet Restaurant

Dine In A Gourmet Restaurant What comes to your mind upon hearing the word “Paris”? As for me, I imagine the Eiffel Tower, cruises along the river Seine, Notre Dam cathedral and gourmet restaurants. Indeed it’s a sin to leave Paris without taking advantage of these opportunities.

Paris is famous for its prestigious gourmet restaurants, namely La Tour d’Argent, Le Grand Véfour, Le Meurice, L’Ambroisie,  Arpège, Pavillon Ledoyen and so on. In case you are a food connoisseur and really appreciate gourmet dining, don’t miss the opportunity to drop in any of these restaurants.

Personally I would advise you to visit La Tour d’Argent. I visited it a few months ago when I was in Paris with my loved one. By the way, make sure to reserve a table beforehand since it’s one of the sought-after gourmet restaurants in Paris.

The dining hall is situated on the sixth floor of the building and overlooks a picturesque view: Notre Dame cathedral and the Seine river.

In La Tour D’Argent restaurant you will have a chance to sample traditional French cuisine. This restaurant is famous for its complex dish namely “Canard au Sang” ( it is a pressed duck cooked in its blood and comes with a serial number). The most peculiar thing about this  gourmet restaurant is that it has a farm where ducks are raised.

You will be dazzled by the variety of wines, cognacs and ports offered in this gourmet restaurant.  The restaurant has a wine cellar with rare wine. My loved one ordered a bottle of white Butgundy and we made toasts.

In case you are a smoker consider the restaurant’s  ample selection of cigars. The menu includes Hoyo Epicure No. 1, Partagas 8-9-8, Hoyo du Gourmet, H. Upmann Petit Corona and Montecristo Nos. 1 and 3 and Joyitas. We didn’t deprive ourselves of the opportunity to enjoy Hoyo du Gourmet. It gave us a boost.

Whether you are seeking for a romantic place where you could enjoy an esquisite dining with your loved one or your family, consider this  gourmet restaurant. Although we spent  approximately 300 euros for our romantic and abumdant dining , I swear we don’t repent it.
