Huntington Beach is a city in southern California, attracting a lot of tourists who really care about  nature and the environment.

This city is situated in Orange County and has long beaches along the Pacific Ocean. Golden sand and clean water attract a lot of tourists, especially those who love surfing. The city has a population of 194,436 and more than 11 million tourists coming to enjoy the city each year. Despite the number of residents and tourists, Huntington Beach is amazingly clean, which makes me wonder where all the trash has gone.

When I walk along the streets and the beach, I can hardly find any trash. That’s because California authorities take good care of nature here.

This city is seriously engaged in the recycling process. Huntigton Beach recycling has outstanding recycling practices, thus it has been designated the best recycling center by California Integrated Waste Management.

Huntington Beach trash collection is carefully managed with the support of Waste Management, which aims to use old, useless things and turn them into something new and ecologically clean. For instance, old newspapers that are no longer usable can serve as raw materials for new newspapers. Huntington Beach residents and the tourists coming here are already aware of the importance of recycling. They are all provided with corresponding containers for recyclable trash and educational materials on why recycling is that important. All recyclable rubbish should be put in its cart without any plastic bags.
