Portugal: The Best Place To Relax
Aren’t you tired of the everyday hustle and bustle of the city? Don’t you think that it’s high time to have rest?
Well I do. I am getting ready for my Portugal vacation.
After looking through numerous suggestions on the Web I finally decided on Portugal: a great deal of sightseeing, incredible nature and sunny, sandy shores.
I have already booked a room in a hotel in Lisbon, the capital of the Lisbon region and of Portugal. Lisbon is the richest city in Portugal. Its location attracted me greatly; it is situated in the west of the country, on the Atlantic coast, just where the river Tagus flows into the ocean. The other side of the city is covered with the Monsanto Forest Park, which is one of the greatest urban parks on the European continent.
Lisbon’s climate also attracted me. The city has a Mediterranean climate, influenced by the Gulf Stream. It’s sunny the whole year round. So I think I am going to have a sunny, warm and dry fortnight there.
I have also learned that the city is rich in sights worth seeing. Gothic, Romanesque and Baroque architecture is sure to interest me. Lisbon is also home to numerous nice and funny festivals.
As soon as I am in Portugal I’ll turn to a car rental Portugal service and have nice tours around the city. After an interesting and a fully informative sightseeing tour I’ll spend several more days on Portugal’s sandy beaches.
After realizing all my plans I hope to return home fully relaxed and satisfied.
